I made 4 apps for Thanksgiving this year, but one really stood out: charcuterie chips. This is something that went viral on TikTok and there are several versions so I’m not sure who to credit, but here’s the one I went with. Because are no super liquid-y toppings, the chips stay nice and crispy. It was great on Turkey Day, but it would be a stellar game day snack, fyi.
Spread out kettle chips on a baking sheet. I used sea salt ones from Cape Cod and they were great, but I could also see this working very well with TJ’s truffle ones. Grate Brie all over the top (do this straight from the fridge – it will only grate well if it’s cold. Dot all over with torn prosciutto and toss it in the oven until the cheese melts. When it comes out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped chives and drizzle with hot honey. Put down a trivet and serve straight off of the baking sheet.
